+Guest: Guest shall mean and include the person occupying the room, any co-occupant or any guest to the hotel.
Tariff: The tariff on the registration card is for room only per night exclusive of taxes unless specified otherwise. Resident guests should obtain the “Key” from the Reception.
Settlement of Bills: To settle bills on presentation as per room charges mentioned above by the hotel. Cheques are not acceptable by the hotel. Should the Organization / Individual fail to settle the bills; the guest will be personally liable.
Company lien on Guest’s Luggage and Belongings. In case of default of payment of dues by a Guest, The Management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage & belongings and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the date of departure without reference to the guest and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards the amount due by the Guest.
Departure: “CHECK OUT” time is 12:00 noon. If a guest wishes to avail late checkout the same can be extended up to 1800 hrs with 25% room charges and up to 2100 hrs at 50% charges.
Only registered guests are permitted on floor/room. You are requested to entertain visitors in lobby or at any of our restaurant.
Guest’s belongings: Guests are requested to lock the doors of their rooms when going out or when going to bed and not leave the key in the key-slot. The hotel will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of Guest’s goods and any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage there of whether due to negligence of hotel staff or any other cause including theft or pilferage. For convenience of Guest’s Digital Safe are available, the guest to ensure the safety of any valuables brought inside the room as hotel shall not be responsible for any reason whatsoever in case of any theft/ damage or loss to/of the same.
Hazardous Goods: Storing of cinema films, raw and exposed or any other articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in Guest rooms/s or storing of the same is strictly prohibited.
Damage to property: Guest shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
Management Right: The Management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any Guest to vacate his or her room at any time without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the Guest shall be bound to vacate the room when requested to do so. In default Management shall be entitled to remove the luggage of the guest from the room occupied by him/her and lock the room at Guest’s risk and consequences.
Relation between Company and Guest: Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of interest in the hotel premises or any part or portion thereof in favour of any guest or visitor. Guest and Company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and legal control of the whole of Hotel Premises including the Guest Rooms.
Liability of the Hotel: The liability of the Hotel arising out of the stay of the Guest shall be limited to a sum not exceeding to a maximum amount payable by the Guest to the Hotel on account of his/her stay bill. Further, the liability of the hotel arising out of any claim by the Guest on account of any tortuous act, shall be limited to a sum not exceeding to a maximum amount payable by the Guest to the Hotel on account of his/her stay bill.
Arbitration All disputes whether arising out of or incidental to stay at the Hotel, directly or indirectly, or through any franchiser, agent etc. shall be a subject matter of dispute between the guest and hotel only and shall be referable to Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in the city where the hotel is situated, by a Sole Arbitrator who shall have the qualification of 10 year experience in the Hospitality Industry, and be duly appointed by the Indian Council for Arbitration. All dispute between the Guest and the hotel shall be governed by Indian laws and only Courts in India where the hotel is situated shall have the jurisdiction.
Government Rules & Regulations: Guests are requested to observe the Government Rules & Regulations in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc.
Credit Card Authorization: The hotel reserves the right to obtain an authorization on your credit card.
Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Sitapur (UP).
Amendment Rules: The Management reserves to itself the right to add to or amend any of the above terms, conditions.
